How long does implementation take?
Engage AiQ™: 7-14 days | Local AiQ™: 3-5 days | Revive AiQ™: 7-10 days. Implementation time includes AI training, system integration, testing, and your team’s onboarding.
What information do you need from me to get started?
For Engage AiQ, we need your business hours, common customer questions, appointment booking preferences, and access to your calendar system. For Local AiQ, we need access to your Google Business Profile and any existing marketing materials. For Revive AiQ, we need your lead database (CSV export) with contact information and any notes about previous interactions.
Do I need special technical skills or IT support?
No technical skills required. Our team handles all the technical setup and integration. You simply provide business information and preferences. We make it as easy as hiring a new employee—just without the HR paperwork.
Will this integrate with my existing systems?

Do I need to install any software?
No software installation required. Everything runs in the cloud. For Engage AiQ, we’ll provide a phone number or forward your existing number to our system. For Local AiQ, we access your Google Business Profile through secure API connections. For Revive AiQ, you simply upload your lead database.
What phone systems do you support?
Engage AiQ works with any phone system. We can provide a new dedicated number, forward your existing number, or integrate directly with VoIP systems like RingCentral, Vonage, or 8×8.
How does the AI handle multiple languages?
Currently, our AI employees primarily operate in English. Spanish language support is in development and will be available in Q2 2026. Contact us if you need multilingual support—we may be able to accommodate custom requests.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data in transit and at rest. We’re SOC 2 Type II compliant and follow GDPR and CCPA privacy regulations. Your customer data is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models for other businesses.
